He has spent over 12 years in executive positions at leading regional FMCG companies, including Droga Kolinska, Atlantic Grupa, Idea, and Mercator-S.

As an advisor on an international judicial reform project, he participated in drafting numerous Acts, including the Civil Procedure Act, the High Judicial Council Act, the State Prosecutorial Council Act, and the Law on Seizure of Assets Derived from Criminal Offenses, as well as various related by-laws.

He specializes in structuring and managing complex business transactions, including M&A, corporate reorganization, acquisitions and sales of shopping malls, commercial properties, and land, as well as projects in construction, corporate restructuring, corporatization, competition law, and digital transformation.

As a lawyer, he has advised and represented some of the largest companies in Serbia in these areas.
