Milos Marinkovic is an attorney specializing in corporate law, commercial law, data protection, intellectual property law, sports law, and labor law.

With extensive experience in corporate law, he is engaged in resolving complex legal issues that may arise at all stages of a company's operations, from incorporation and regulatory compliance to corporate governance, M&A, liquidation, bankruptcy, and various other business-related legal matters.

His expertise in IT law, intellectual property, and data protection has been gained, among other things, by providing legal support to startup companies operating in the digital sphere. In this capacity, he has been involved in drafting various types of contracts, terms of use, privacy policies, and other legal documents.

In the field of labor law, he provides legal assistance to companies, including legal advisory services, drafting various general and individual employer acts, employment contracts, and counseling on various matters, including government subsidies and incentives for employers in Serbia.

Since 2020, Milos has served as an arbitrator on the Dispute Resolution Commission of the Belgrade Football Association, holding the position of Chairman of the Commission.
