Ana Petrov is an attorney who represents the interests of both legal entities and individuals in civil, corporate, labor, and administrative law before courts of general and special jurisdiction, as well as in proceedings before state authorities, organizations, agencies, and other legal entities.
In the field of labor law, she is engaged in drafting and harmonizing employers' general and specific legal acts with applicable laws and regulations, representing clients in labor inspections, labor disputes, and negotiations for the out-of-court resolution of legal issues.
She has significant experience in protecting employees' rights in proceedings before employers concerning workplace harassment and occupational safety, as well as in court proceedings for wrongful termination and other labor law violations.
In particularly sensitive legal matters related to family and inheritance law, she provides legal assistance through counseling and representation before courts, notaries, guardianship authorities, and other state institutions. This includes divorce proceedings, parental rights, child support claims, division and regulation of marital assets, unmarried partners, and other family members, as well as drafting wills, lifetime support contracts, property distribution agreements, and handling inheritance and property division matters.
Her work with companies and other legal entities in commercial law is based on daily communication, legal advisory and drafting legal documents, including resolutions, decisions, regulations, and general terms of business. She also assesses legal risks in transactions, drafts and analyzes both named and unnamed contracts, and successfully represents clients in commercial disputes before Commercial Courts, including contract disputes, share buyouts, and bankruptcy proceedings.
She represents clients before administrative authorities and public agencies in administrative proceedings, as well as in disputes before the Administrative Court.
